Apple TV получила интерфейс в стиле iOS 7
Обновление программного обеспечения для Apple TV последовало за превью для разработчиков OS X Yosemite и релизами бета-версии iOS 8. Теперь у пользователей появилась возможность получить обновленный пользовательский интерфейс в стиле iOS 7 на телевизионную приставку Apple TV.

Оставшись верным своей концепции, интерфейс Apple TV получил другие иконки. Также изменения коснулись элементов управления, которые стали менее глянцевыми и более плоскими. Шрифт стал тоньше (теперь его можно сравнить со шрифтом в iOS 7). Целый ряд иконок поменяли цвета. Сейчас интерфейс Apple TV выглядит следующим образом:

Важно отметить, что в предыдущих бета-версиях программного обеспечения для Apple TV уже имелась поддержка iCloud Photos, Family Sharing и ряда других функций. Все они будут доступны в iOS 8 и OS X Yosemite. Финальная версия нового программного обеспечения для телевизионной приставки станет доступна осенью.
